Recruitment

Our policy of developing and retaining human capital is based on several levers, in particular internal mobility, support for staff in taking positions and preparing their promotion or even retraining, enabling everyone to progress and enrich his career. Integration

To accompany you in your appointment, we implement a follow-up, in the form of an integration plan. As soon as you arrive, you define with your manager the missions and the trainings that will enable you to acquire the knowledge necessary to control your job. Then, a balance sheet is made before the end of your integration period in relation to your manager. This review includes an HR interview during which we take stock with you on your integration into the position and within the hotel. For us HR, this exchange is an opportunity to verify that you have found what you came to look for when deciding to join us.
